Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
At Missova, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible. Please take a moment to read through our exchange policy before placing your order.
General Terms
• We offer size exchanges and returns.
• All exchange or return requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
• No exchanges or returns are allowed on items purchased during a sale.
• We offer one free exchange per order. Any subsequent exchanges will be charged at ₹200.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
• No exchange or return will be accepted for items purchased on sale or during any promotional offer.
• In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, unpacking video and photos are mandatory for claim verification.
• Slight color variation (10–12%) due to screen resolution or lighting is natural and will not be considered a valid reason for exchange or return.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to quality check and approval by Team Missova.
• Returns, once approved, are issued as Missova store credit, which can be used on any future purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
Order Cancellation
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
